Horrible customer service. I went there this Saturday and from the minute, we were treated horribly. We were not planning on getting booze, so she came up to our table asking what we wanted to drink, and I simply asked if we could look at a menu (to know prices) before we ordered drinks. She snapped at me "Fine!" and threw the menus down on our table. Not joking or exaggerating at all...completely snapped on us because we didn't know what we wanted to order. Then, we took a minute to decide what food we wanted to order. She came by and asked what we wanted, we said we needed another minute. Once we decided, we kept trying to get her attention, and she continued to ignore us at every pass. We tried to waive her down, stopped her etc and she kept ignoring us. Then, presumably because she had some sort of grudge, we got her attention that we were ready to order and she passed us by to take the order of someone that came in 20 mins after us! Worst customer service on planet earth. BTW, a server should NEVER treat a customer differently because of how low their bill might be. They may come in tomorrow with all their friends and spend hundreds of dollars. NEVER treat your customers poorly because they aren't spending a ton of money that particular day. AWFUL customer service all around.
Great experience. Met with friends and had an enjoyable evening. Service was excellent and the food was great. Enjoyed the perch dinner. Plenty of fillets cooked just right. If your looking for good bar food, service and bar atmosphere, this is a must.
Masters of the split!!! Suburb service, great atmosphere, &&& a bomb french dip!!! Made a special request for jalapeno cheese dip with the tots and the cook nailed it!!! Love this place!!!
A local bar with some really good food. My burger was good, my girlfriend's sandwich was great, and my sister's vegetarian burger met with her approval. The fries and tots were perfect. Service was prompt and friendly as well.
