Lunch buffet is great. Service can be slow,they get busy. And order is often wrong.
Ordered last night and when the guy got here he told me he forgot something and he'd be bringing it right back. 45minutes had passed and he still hadn't showed back up. So I called Pizza hut to see what was going on and they rudely hung up on me. Poor customer service

Great food great fun
But now I dont feel that way. Place is under new management and ran by morons who are rude, unprofessional, and inept at their jobs. The staff is enitely obviously terribly trained and they treat customers badly. In short its turned into a sorry excuse for a Pizza Hut and we will no longer be going there and instead will go to Papa Johns where the staff are not rude, are well trained, make excellent pizza... hmm could it be the superior management? If this trend continues Pizza Hut will go out of business here in Buchanan. Its quite sad really, this used to be my favorite place to eat. I do feel sorry for the employees having to work under such poor management.
Best Pizza Hut around. Pizza is good (hand-tossed please). Staff are friendly and fast. New decor and remodel looks awesome!
